In the special times of darkness one of the things that have helped me the most was to look up and feel the unconditional love of mother nature, learning to love myself and accept myself the same way she does, with little signs that it will all be ok, we need to trust.
When we look up to the moon it looks and feels different each day, we don't try to change it we love it as it is, the same way we should love ourselves every day we are different and every day we are loved.
