I am a big believer when it comes to expressing my truth and my emotions, being vulnerable can be hard but it is also so freeing. For me, this is the only way to be. To show the world and the people around me who I really am, with the whole rainbow of emotions, to stand in my power, own it and remember that I am loved.
I have made this necklace with blue and turquoise colors to represent the throat chakra. The chakra responsible for communication, of speaking your truth, of listening. Step into your power through communication. Speak honestly and vulnerably, listen deeply to the other, not react, stay open and respond.
